Определить факторы, способствующие ранней диагностике хориоидальной неоваскуляризации (ХНВ) в условиях клиники.Методы. В исследование включено 76 пациентов с возрастной макулярной дегенерацией (ВМД), лечившихся в клинике по поводу ХНВ одного глаза, у которых впоследствии развилась ХНВ в парном глазу. Проведен ретроспективный анализ демографических и клинических данных, типа и размера ХНВ, оценка их связи с остротой зрения на момент обследования. Более высокая острота зрения на момент постановки диагноза ХНВ, несубфовеальная локализация и меньший размер по- ражения рассматриваются как критерии ранней диагностики ХНВ.Результаты. Более высокая острота зрения у пациентов с впервые выявленной ХНВ была связана с наличием ХНВ в пар- ном глазу (р&lt;0,0001), регулярным посещением офтальмолога каждые четыре месяца или чаще (р=0,015), более молодым возрастом пациентов (р=0,03), меньшим размером ХНВ (р&lt;0,0001), и несубфовеальной локализацией ХНВ (р=0,048). ОЗ пар- ного глаза не коррелирует с остротой зрения глаза с ХНВ.Заключение. При диагнозе ХНВ одного глаза следует, независимо от остроты зрения, обследовать другой глаз, так как велика вероятность двустороннего поражения. Соблюдение режима диспансерного наблюдения в рутинных клинических условиях также способствует раннему выявлению ХНВ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Purpose: to identify factors associated with early detection of choroidal neovascularization CNV in clinical practice.Methods: Seventy six AMD patients who had history of CNV in one eye and presented with CNV in the second eye and evaluated for association with visual acuity (VA) at time of presentation. Demographics, clinical data and lesion characteristics were retrospectively collected.Results: Better VA was associated with history of CNV in the fellow eye (p&lt;0.0001), adherence to follow-up every four-months (p=0.015), younger age (p=0.03), smaller lesion (p&lt;0.0001), and non-subfoveal localization (p=0.048). VA of the fellow eye did not correlate with VA at presentation with CNV.Conclusion: these data suggest that experience of CNV, regardless of VA, facilitates early diagnosis in the fellow eye.
