Однако влияние различных факторов на его результат остается малоизученным.</p><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель: изучить влияние возраста пациента, степени птоза, а также функции мышцы, поднимающей верхнее веко, на результат фенилэфринового теста.</p></sec><sec><title>Пациенты и методы</title><p>Пациенты и методы. В рамках исследования были обследованы 45 пациентов (64 века). Всем пациентам были выполнены следующие исследования: оценка степени птоза и функции мышцы, поднимающей верхнее веко, а также фенилэфриновый тест.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Возраст, а также степень птоза не влияют на результат фенилэфринового теста. Снижение функции мышцы, поднимающей верхнее веко, приводит к снижению ответа на фенилэфриновый тест.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. ФЭ-тест не отражает истинное состояние мышцы Мюллера, однако ответ на ФЭ-тест остается важным критерием отбора пациентов при планировании резекции ВТМ. Согласно полученным данным на результат ФЭ-теста влияет функция мышцы, поднимающей верхнее веко, но не влияет возраст пациента и степень птоза. Функция мышцы, поднимающей верхнее веко, оказывает значимое влияние на результат фенилэфринового теста. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Phenylephrine test is one of the main factors determining the possibility of performing superior tarsal muscle resection. However, the influence of various factors on its result remains unexplored.</p><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To evaluate the effect of patient age, degree of ptosis, and levator muscle function on the result of the phenylephrine test.</p></sec><sec><title>Patients and methods</title><p>Patients and methods. 45 patients were examined (64 eyelids). The following examinations were performed for all patients: assessment of the degree of ptosis, levator muscle function and the phenylephrine test.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Age and the degree of ptosis do not affect the results of the phenylephrine test. Reduced levator muscle function leads to a decrease of the phenylephrine test results.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The phenylephrine test remains an important criteria for patient selection for the planning superior tarsal muscle resection.
