Оценка безопасности и эффективности способа окрашивания передней капсулы хрусталика при узких зрачках.Методы. Способ окрашивания передней капсулы хрусталика применен у 169 больных с узкими и ригидными зрачками III и IV степени. Техника окрашивания передней капсулы заключалась в следующем: через парацентез в переднюю камеру вводили пузырь воздуха таким образом, чтобы он прикрывал край зрачка, тем самым временно его блокировал. Под край зрачка с помощью тонкой канюли вводили 0,1-0,2 мл трипанового синего, который равномерно распространялся под радуж- кой, окрашивая всю поверхность передней капсулы. Далее для разблокирования зрачка отсасывали часть воздуха. Красящее вещество выходило обратно в переднюю камеру и окрашивало оставшуюся часть капсулы в области зрачка.Результаты. Во всех случаях удалось ввести краску под радужку. В 16 случаях (9,5%) отмечали неравномерное окраши- вание капсулы. Сильное окрашивание радужки и задней капсулы в синий цвет наблюдали в 3 случаях (1,8%). Непрерывный круговой капсулорексис (НКК) успешно выполнили в 97,6% случаев. В 4 случаях (2,4%) наблюдали убегание края рексиса к периферии с переходом на заднюю капсулу. В послеоперационном периоде воспалительную реакцию I и II степени наблю- дали в 5,9% и 23,1% случаев, соответственно, что было связано с травматизацией радужки при механическом растяжении зрачка.Заключение. Предложенная модификация техники окрашивания передней капсулы хрусталика при узких зрачках явля- ется безопасной и эффективной.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Purpose: to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of proposed method for staining with trypan blue anterior lens capsule in cases with small and rigid pupils.Methods: the safety and effectiveness of the proposed method was evaluated in 169 cases having small and rigid pupils of III and IV grade. Surgical steps included: irrigation of anterior chamber with small amount of air, enough to block the pupil; irrigation of posterior chamber with little amount of dye followed by aspiration of air bubble. the excess dye came out and stained the capsule in pupillary area.Results: No difficulty was encountered in irrigating the posterior chamber with dye. Uneven staining of the capsule was noticed in 16 cases (9.5%). In 3 cases (1.8%) extensive staining of iris and posterior capsule was observed. Continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis was performed successfully in 97.6% cases. In 4 cases there was radial run of the rhexis extending up to posterior capsule. Postopera- tive inflammation of 1st and 2nd degree was observed in 5.9 and 23.1% cases, which was related to unavoidable trauma to iris tissue during pupil stretching.Conclusion: the proposed method of capsule staining in cases with small and rigid pupils is safe and effective.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>передняя капсула хрусталика</kwd><kwd>окрашивание</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>anterior lens capsule</kwd><kwd>staining</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">МачехинВ.
