Оно обусловлено нарушением чувствительной иннервации тройничного нерва. Лечебные мероприятия в основном сводятся к поддерживающей терапии (антисептики, слезозаместительная терапия, корнеопротекторы), не оказывающей влияния на причину заболевания. Наиболее доступной и эффективной терапией в настоящее время является длительное местное применение ауто- или гетерологичной сыворотки. Новые многообещающие специфические подходы к лечению НТК — местная терапия рекомбинантным фактором роста нервов ценегермином и операции невротизации роговицы — направлены на патогенетические звенья заболевания и могут восстановить иннервацию и чувствительность роговицы. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Neurotrophic keratitis (neurotrophic keratopathy) (NTC) is a degenerative disease of the cornea accompanied with neurogenic inflammation. It is caused by a loss of sensitive innervation of the trigeminal nerve. Therapeutic measures are mainly reduced to maintenance therapy (antiseptics, artificial tears, corneal protectors), which does not affect the cause of the disease. The most affordable and updated therapy is the long-term topical use of auto- or heterologous serum.
