В исследование вошли 37 пациентов (37 глаз), которым была выполнена ФЭ с имплантацией интраокулярной линзы (ИОЛ). Испытуемые были разделены на две группы: исследуемую (n = 18) — с установкой КК и контрольную (n = 19) без его введения. Оптическую биометрию выполняли с помощью аппарата IOL-Master 500, для расчета оптической силы искусственного хрусталика использовали формулу Barrett Universal II. Для оценки ошибки расчета ИОЛ сравнивали целевую и полученную рефракцию (авторефрактометр Topcon-8800) через 1 месяц после вмешательства.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Исходные биометрические данные в обеих группах различались незначительно. Выявлена статистически достоверная разница в ошибке расчета ИОЛ (+0,41 ± 0,57 против -0,02 ± 0,54 дптр в исследуемой и контрольной группе соответственно, p = 0,037). Обращала на себя внимание меньшая точность расчета ИОЛ в исследуемой группе (абсолютная ошибка расчета 0,55 ± 0,34 дптр) в сравнении с контрольной (0,41 ± 0,30 дптр), которая, однако, не была статистически значимой (p = 0,180).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Имплантация КК зачастую выступает непременным условием благополучного завершения факоэмульсификации в осложненных подвывихом случаях. Однако использование данного устройства сопровождается гиперметропизацией послеоперационной рефракции. Во избежание появления ошибок расчета ИОЛ в ситуациях, когда планируется использование КК, целесообразно применять определенные в ходе нашего исследования оптимизированные А-константы (118,85 для AcrySof SA60AT и 118,47 для Akreos Adapt AO). </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose. To assess refractive result of phacoemulsification (PE) with capsular tension ring (CTR) implantation.</p></sec><sec><title>Patients and methods</title><p>Patients and methods. In total, 37 eyes of 37 patients who underwent PE with intraocular lens (IOL) implantation were divided into 2 groups: study group (n = 18) with CTR implantation and control group (n = 19) without CTR. Optical biometry (IOL-Master 500) was performed for each patient before PE. Barrett Universal II Formula was used for IOL calculation. IOL power calculation error was assessed by comparing target refraction and final refraction measured by Topcon-8800 autorefractometer 1 month after surgery.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Despite almost identical preoperative values in both groups refractive result was different. Patients with CTR implantation had more hyperopic IOL power calculation error of +0.41 ± 0.52 D versus — 0.02 ± 0.54 D in the control group (p = 0.037). Refractive result in control group was more predictable (mean absolute error was 0.55 ± 0.34 D and 0.41 ± 0.30 D for groups respectively, p = 0.180).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. CTR implantation could help surgeon to perform PE in complicated cases. Nevertheless, CTR implantation could leads to hyperopic shift.
