Цель: оценить эффективность комплексного лечения летне-осеннего поллинозного блефароконъюнктивита.

Методы

Методы. Были обследованы 25 больных (50 глаз) с летне-осенним поллинозным блефароконъюнктивитом до и после комплексной терапии, включавшей инстилляции олопатадина гидрохлорида (1 мг / мл; 2 раза в сутки), цетиризина (10 мг; 1 раз в сутки per os) и инсуфляции стероида в нос (2 раза в сутки). У части пациентов с синдромом «сухого глаза» проводили инстилляции гиалуроновой кислоты (1 мг / мл; 2 раза в сутки). Больные контрольной группы (10 человек; 20 глаз) получали только вышеуказанное лечение. Пациентам основной группы (15 человек; 30 глаз) дополнительно проводили аппликации Блефарогеля-1 на края век (2 раза в сутки). Выполняли: стандартное офтальмологическое обследование, анализ симптомов заболевания, тесты Ширмера-1 и Норна, оценку показателя ксероза и симптома «дворников» при окрашивании лиссаминовым зелёным, фотографирование переднего отрезка глаза с компьютерной морфометрией.

Результаты

Результаты. У всех больных выявлена аллергия к пыльце сложноцветных. В 55 % глаз диагностировали синдром «сухого глаза» вследствие снижения стабильности слёзной плёнки. В 35,5 % глаз выявили липидодефицит, а в 28,3 % — муцинодефицит и эпителиопатию конъюнктивы. В результате терапии у больных основной группы отмечено достоверно более выраженное и быстрое снижение интенсивности субъективных симптомов и объективных признаков блефароконъюнктивита, чем у пациентов группы контроля. Кроме того, в основной группе зафиксировано более выраженное повышение стабильности слёзной плёнки и снижение интенсивности липидо-, муцинодефицита и эпителиопатии конъюнктивы.

Заключение

Заключение. Применение Блефарогеля-1 в составе комплексной терапии позволяет повысить эффективность лечения летне-осеннего поллинозного блефароконъюнктивита.

Aim

Aim. To assess the effectivity of autumnal allergic blepharoconjuctivitis complex therapy.

Methods

Methods. 25 autumnal allergic blepharoconjuctivitis patients (50 eyes) were examined before and after complex treatment that included olopatadine hydrochloride 1 mg / ml (instillations 2 times a day), cetirizine 10 mg (1 tablet a day), and steroid drug (insufflations 2 times a day). Dry eye patients additionally received hyaluronic acid 1 mg / ml (instillations 2 times a day). 10 controls (20 eyes) were prescribed only the above-mentioned treatment. In 15 study group patients (30 eyes), Blepharogel 1 was applied on lid margins. Routine eye examination, clinical symptom assessment, Schirmer’s and Norn’s tests, xerosis meter and lissamine green staining evaluation, and anterior segment photography with computed morphometry were performed.

Results

Results. Compositae allergy was diagnosed in all patients. Dry eye due to tear film instability, lipid deficiency, and mucin deficiency and epitheliopathy were diagnosed in 55 %, 35.5 % and 28.3 %, respectively. In study group, the treatment significantly and rapidly reduced patient-reported symptoms and blepharoconjunctivitis signs as well as significantly improved tear stability, lipid deficiency, mucin deficiency, and epitheliopathy as compared with controls.

Conclusion

Conclusion. Blepharogel 1 as a component of complex therapy increases the efficacy of autumnal allergic blepharoconjuctivitis treatment.
