Однако аллостатическая нагрузка у пациентов, страдающих диабетической ретинопатией, равно как и при других офтальмологических заболеваниях, практически не изучена, при этом остаются неизвестными биомаркеры, характеризующие аллостатическую нагрузку пациентов с диабетической ретинопатией.</p><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель: изучение аллостатической нагрузки у пациентов с диабетической ретинопатией и выделение биомаркеров, в наибольшей степени ее детерминирующих.</p></sec><sec><title>Пациенты и методы</title><p>Пациенты и методы. Изучение аллостатической нагрузки проведено у 78 пациентов пожилого возраста с диабетической ретинопатией и у 62 пациентов с сахарным диабетом 2-го типа без диабетической ретинопатии. Аллостатическую нагрузку анализировали по показателям систолического и диастолического артериального давления, индекса массы тела, гликированного гемоглобина, общего холестерина, триглицеридов, альбуминов, С-реактивного белка, гомоцистеина в крови и скорости клубочковой фильтрации.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Установлено наиболее выраженное и статистически значимое превышение у пациентов с диабетической ретинопатией по сравнению с пациентами с сахарным диабетом без диабетической ретинопатии содержания в крови гликированного гемоглобина до 10,2 % против 7,4 % и гомоцистеина до 15,5 мкмоль/л против 7,9 мкмоль/л соответственно. Величина аллостатического индекса была существенно выше у пациентов с диабетической ретинопатией, составляя 4,6 ± 0,4 балла против 2,9 ± 0,3 балла у пациентов с сахарным диабетом без рассматриваемой офтальмопатологии (p &lt; 0,001). Факторный анализ позволил выделить биомаркеры аллостатической нагрузки у пациентов с диабетической ретинопатией: гликированный гемоглобин, гомоцистеин, триглицериды и альбумины.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Указанные биомаркеры предлагается использовать при оценке возрастной жизнеспособности и эффективности реабилитационных мероприятий, проводимых среди пациентов с диабетической ретинопатией. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Diabetic retinopathy occupies a special place among the causes of the progression of decrease and loss of visual acuity, significantly impairing the quality of life and age-related viability, an integral indicator that is considered allostatic load. However, the allostatic load in patients suffering from diabetic retinopathy, as well as in other ophthalmological diseases, has not been practically studied and biomarkers characterizing the allostatic load of patients with diabetic retinopathy remain unknown.</p><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose. To study of allostatic load in patients with diabetic retinopathy and the identification of biomarkers that most determine it.</p></sec><sec><title>Patients and methods</title><p>Patients and methods. Allostatic load was studied in 78 elderly patients with diabetic retinopathy and in 62 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus without diabetic retinopathy. Allostatic load was analyzed according to systolic and diastolic blood pressure, body mass index, glycated hemoglobin, total cholesterol, triglycerides, albumins, C-reactive protein, homocysteine in the blood and glomerular filtration rate.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The most pronounced and statistically significant excess in patients with diabetic retinopathy compared with patients with diabetes mellitus without diabetic retinopathy was found to be the content of glycated hemoglobin in the blood up to 10.2 % versus 7.4 % and homocysteine up to 15.5 mmol/l versus 7.9 mmol/l, respectively. The value of the allostatic index was significantly higher in patients with diabetic retinopathy, amounting to 4.6 ± 0.4 points, versus 2.9 ± 0.3 points in patients with diabetes mellitus without ophthalmopathology under consideration (p &lt; 0.001). Factor analysis made it possible to identify biomarkers of allostatic load in patients with diabetic retinopathy — glycated hemoglobin, homocysteine, triglycerides and albumins.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
