В статье проанализированы результаты комплекса морфофункциональных исследований, проведенных до и после хирургического лечения катаракты, представлены практические данные по дифференциальной диагностике глаукомы и офтальмогипертензии, проведен анализ терапевтических подходов, включающий использование диафрагмирующей контактной линзы и трехкомпонентного слезозаместителя Стиллавита.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A clinical case of congenital aniridia in combination with high degree hyperopia, congenital cataract, ophthalmohypertension, foveal hypoplasia is presented.
