Среди множества имеющихся методик особенно следует выделить так называемую «простую лимбальную эпителиальную трансплантацию», которая зарекомендовала себя как эффективный, безопасный и общедоступный метод лечения одностороннего синдрома лимбальной недостаточности (СЛН). Следует констатировать, что риски рецидива СЛН остаются значительными, а механизмы приживления трансплантированных лимбальных эпителиальных стволовых клеток на глазу реципиента до конца не изученными. В обзоре также рассмотрены варианты новых перспективных подходов к возможному решению существующих проблем в трансплантации лимбальных эпителиальных стволовых клеток.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This review presents well-known surgical techniques aimed at the treatment of unilateral limbal insufficiency syndrome. Among the many available techniques, one should especially highlight the so-called “simple limbal epithelial transplantation”, which has proven to be an effective, safe and generally available method of treating unilateral limbal insufficiency syndrome (SLN). It should be noted that the risks of recurrence of SLN remain significant, and the mechanisms of engraftment of transplanted limbal epithelial stem cells on the recipient’s eye are not fully understood.
