Приведены данные о методиках и результатах различных модификаций КРК, а также о возможных перспективных направлениях в поиске путей совершенствования методики для улучшения функциональных результатов и снижения возможных осложнений. В настоящее время продолжаются не толь­ ко исследования по совершенствованию уже апробированных подходов при проведении КРК, но и поиск новых комбинаций и устройств.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review provides information on methods for cross­linking corneal collagen (КРК), from the time of experimental studies and the first clinical observations to the present. Data are presented on the methods and results of CXL various modifications, as well as on possible promising directions for finding ways to improve the technique to improve functional results and reduce possible complica­tions.
