Поскольку эффект препаратов черники напрямую зависит от содержания в них антоцианидинов, возникает научно и клинически обоснованная потребность в проведении экспертизы лекарственных препаратов и биологически активных добавок, содержащих экстракт черники, с целью определения их качественного и количественного состава. </p><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Определение количественного и качественного содержания антоцианидиновых пигментов черники в пищевых добавках и лекарственных средствах. </p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Антоцианидины из пяти образцов были экстрагированы дистиллированной водой из расчета содержания антоцианидинов 0,05-0,2мг/мл. Для этого образцы получены растворением 1 таблетки или капсулы в 10-50 мл воды. Экстракция проводилась при непрерывном перемешивании на термошейкере. Из полученных растворов отбирались аликвоты объемом 1 мл, которые центрифугировали в течение 10 мин. при 14000 об./мин. и фильтровали через шприцевые фильтры. С помощью ультрафиолетового спектрометрического анализа было исследовано суммарное содержание антоцианидиновых пигментов, т. е. определено количественное и качественное содержание антоцианидиновых пигментов черники в пяти препаратах. Для каждого образца (препарата) эксперимент проводили дважды, а для лекарственного препарата Миртилене Форте — трижды. Качественный состав антоцианидиновых пигментов определялся методом обращенно-фазной высокоэффективной жидкостной хроматографии. </p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Все исследованные образцы препаратов действительно содержат антоцианидиновые пигменты из экстрактов черники, а не из других природных источников. Количественное содержание этих соединений, определенное методом рН-дифференциальной спектрофотометрии, варьирует в широком диапазоне — от 0,168% до 8,30% — и может значительно отличаться от количества, заявленного производителем, что обусловлено растительным происхождением сырья и сложностями стандартизации содержания в нем активных компонентов. </p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Полученные результаты позволят оптимизировать выбор необходимой дозы пищевой добавки с экстрактом черники как практикующими офтальмологами, так и пациентами по индивидуальной переносимости, потребности и тяжести заболевания. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Currently, several eye nutritional supplements and food additives with bilberry extract are approved in Russia. Bilberry effects directly depend on anthocyanidin content. Hence, the expertise of nutritional supplements and food additives with bilberry extract is required to determine their qualitative and quantitative composition. </p><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To determine qualitative and quantitative content of bilberry anthocyanidin pigments in food additives. </p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Anthocyanidins from five samples were extracted with distilled water per anthocyanidin content. The samples were obtained by the dilution of a pill or capsule in 50 mL of water. Extraction was performed under continuous mixing on hot shaker. 1 mL aliquots were taken from the solutions, centrifuged for 10 min at 14,000 rpm, and filtered through syringe filters. Total level (i.e., quantitative and qualitative content) of bilberry anthocyanidin pigments in five samples was evaluated using UV spectroscopy. Experiment was performed twice for each sample. Qualitative content of anthocyanidin pigments was evaluated using reversed-phase HPLC. </p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. All examined samples contain anthocyanidin pigments from bilberry extracts but no other natural sources. Their quantity which was measured by pH differential spectrophotometry varies greatly (from 0.168% to 8.30%) and may significantly differ from that of declared by manufacturer. This is due to phytogenic raw material and difficulties in standardization of active component content. </p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
