Представлены 3 клинических случая пациентов с ПДР, при которых офтальмоскопические признаки (по классификации Early Treatment Diabetic Retinopathy Study, 1991) соответствовали тяжелой стадии ПДР (высокого риска 1, высокого риска 2) и далекозашедшей ПДР. Офтальмологический статус оценен с использованием стандартных методов на основе измерения максимально корригируемой остроты зрения вдаль, УЗИ (Opticon 2000, Италия), фоторегистрации глазного дна (Сarl Zeiss Visucam 500, Германия) и оптической когерентной томографии макулярной области (томограф RTVue-100, OptoVue, США).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты и заключение</title><p>Результаты и заключение. Представленные клинические примеры обеспечивают врачу-офтальмологу более полное понимание клинической картины патологических изменений сетчатки при сахарном диабете, что, в конечном счете, должно повысить уровень диагностики как при первичном (предоперационном) осмотре, так и после проведения витрэктомии, а также выбор адекватной тактики хирургического вмешательства.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose: analysis of clinical cases illustrating the classification features of severe stages of proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR).</p></sec><sec><title>Patient and methods</title><p>Patient and methods. Three clinical cases of PDR are presented, in which ophthalmoscopic signs (according to the classification of the Early Treatment Diabetic Retinopathy Study, 1991) corresponded to severe PDR (high risk 1, high risk 2) and advanced PDR. The ophthalmological status was assessed using standard methods based on measuring the best corrected distance visual acuity, performing ultrasound (Opticon 2000, Italy), photographic recording of the condition of the fundus (Carl Zeiss Visucam 500, Germany) and optical coherence tomography of the macular region (on an RTVue-100 tomograph, OptoVue, USA).</p></sec><sec><title>Results and conclusion</title><p>Results and conclusion.
