Приведенные данные, с одной стороны, подтверждают клиническую эффективность РПТ на основе использования комплекса водорастворимых полипептидных фракций сетчатки при ДР, а с другой — определяют необходимость дальнейших исследований в рамках рассматриваемой проблемы. Актуальным представляется проведение исследований по оценке возможностей применения РПТ у пациентов с минимальными проявлениями ДР (без визуальных признаков сосудистых изменений), при ДР в условиях макулярного отека (на фоне анти­-VEGF терапии и отсроченной лазеркоагуляции сетчатки), а также у пациентов с пролиферативной ДР после витрэктомии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents an analytical review of the literature on the possibilities of retinoprotective therapy (RPT) in patients with diabetic retinopathy (DR). The above data, on the one hand, confirm the clinical effectiveness of RPT based on the use of a complex of watersoluble polypeptide fractions of the retina in DR, and on the other, determine the need for further research in the framework of the problem under consideration.
