Рассасывание дренажа произошло через 3 месяца, при этом формировалась умеренно выраженная фильтрационная подушка. В течение 12 месяцев после операции не изменились первоначальные показатели остроты и поля зрения, уровень внутриглазного давления составил 12‑17 мм рт. ст.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение: Имплантация коллагенового дренажа Оlogen в ходе антиглаукомной операции позволила предотвратить образование склероконъюнктивальных сращений и обеспечить длительную компенсацию внутриглазного давления и сохранение остаточного зрения в сроки наблюдения до 12 месяцев.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To analyze the efficacy of Ologen® Collagen Matrix Implant in refractory glaucoma surgery.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Classical non-penetrating deep sclerectomy (NPDS) with Ologen® implantation in the scleral bed was performed.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Post-op, implant was visualized underneath the conjunctiva and moved within the scleral flap. Implant was resolved in 3 months with moderate filtering bleb formation. Following 12 months, visual acuity and visual fields were stable, IOP level was 12‑17 mm Hg.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
