Наиболее сложно оценивать результаты хирургического лечения паралитического лагофтальма, так как анатомический результат операции (положение век) связан со зрительными функциями и внешним видом пациента, определяя качество его жизни. Цель: разработать альтернативный вариант комплексной оценки результатов хирургического лечения паралитического лагофтальма. Предложенный метод комплексной оценки включает объективный и субъективный компоненты. Объективный компонент характеризует состояние основных зрительных функций, динамику параметров век и глазной щели с использованием коэффициента симметричности и коэффициента эффективности хирургического лечения. Субъективный компонент описывает динамику ощущения дискомфорта в глазу, значимой для пациента деформации век и глазной щели, количества закапываний слезозаместительных препаратов. Описанный метод может быть использован для комплексной оценки результатов хирургического лечения, в том числе для всестороннего сравнения методов между собой, при паралитическом лагофтальме или другой патологии, связанной с нарушением положения век и формы глазной щели.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>It is not easy to assess surgery results, especially, when there are no quantitative criteria, at first sight. Results of the surgical interventions for paralytic lagophthalmos are especially difficult to assess, as the anatomic result of the surgery (position of the eyelids) influences on vision and patient’s appearance with an impact on their life quality. Purpose: to develop a complex approach to assess results of surgery for paralytic lagophthalmos. The proposed complex approach includes objective and subjective components. The objective component describes main functions of vision and dynamics of eyelids position with coefficient of symmetry and coefficient of surgical efficacy. The subjective component covers dynamics of ocular discomfort, patient significant eyelids and palpebral fissure deformity, and quantity of artificial tears dropping.
