Изучение влияния терагерцевого излучения на частоте атмосферного кислорода 129,0 ГГц на сердечно-сосудистые показатели и гемодинамические параметры орбитальных артерий при облучении биологически активных точек у практически здоровых добровольцев и у лиц с возрастной макулярной дегенерацией (ВМД).</p></sec><sec><title>Пациенты и методы</title><p>Пациенты и методы. Обследовано 18 практически здоровых лиц (36 глаз) и 20 пациентов (34 глаза) с ВМД. Проведено измерение артериального давления и пульса, систолической и диастолической скорости кровотока, индекса резистентности в орбитальных артериях до и после терагерцевого облучения зоны двух биологически активных точек (БАТ) приложения VB1, TR23 на частоте атмосферного кислорода 129,0 ГГц в режиме непрерывной генерации.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Представлены первые клинические данные по воздействию терагерцевых волн на частоте молекулярного спектра излучения и поглощения атмосферного кислорода 129,0 ГГц в режиме непрерывной генерации на гемодинамику глаза здоровых лиц и пациентов с ВМД. При анализе гемодинамических показателей общего характера (А / Д, пульс), отмечено их понижение после применения терагерцевого излучения на частоте атмосферного кислорода 129,0 ГГц. У добровольцев снизились систолическое А / Д на 22,83±4,09 мм рт. ст. (р&lt;0,05), диастолическое А / Д — на 8,82±0,98 мм рт.ст, пульс — на 6,11±0,15 уд. в мин. (р&lt;0,05). У пациентов с ВМД достоверно снизилось (р&lt;0,05) систолическое А / Д на 45,55±0,43 мм рт. ст., диастолическое — на 9,56±1,42 мм рт. ст., пульс — на 6,15±1,1 уд. в мин. У пациентов с ВМД отмечено достоверное (р&lt;0,05) снижение систолической скорости кровотока в системе центральной артерии сетчатки (ЦАС) на 2,89±0,1 см / с, увеличение — в задних коротких цилиарных артериях (ЗКЦА) и в глазничной артерии (ГА) на 0,9‑5,97 см / с. Индекс резистентности в вышеперечисленных сосудах снизился на 0,13; 0,11; 0,13 и 0,12, соответственно.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Метод воздействия на БАТ терагерцевыми волнами на частоте молекулярного спектра излучения и поглощения атмосферного кислорода 129,0 ГГц является безопасным и не вызывает побочных отрицательных эффектов в отношении общего состояния практически здоровых добровольцев и пациентов с ВМД; а также способствует улучшению гемодинамики глазного яблока.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim.To study the effect of terahertz (THz) radiation at atmospheric oxygen frequency (129 GHz) on cardiovascular and hemodynamic parameters of orbital arteries following the irradiation of bioactive points in healthy volunteers and age-related macular degeneration (AMD) patients.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. 18 healthy volunteers (36 eyes) and 20 AMD patients (34 eyes) were examined. Blood pressure (BP), heart rate (HR), systolic and diastolic blood flow velocities, resistance index (RI) in orbital arteries before and following THz radiation of two bioactive points VB1 and TR23 at atmospheric oxygen frequency 129 GHz in continuouswave generation mode were measured.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. First data on the effect of THz waves at atmospheric oxygen irradiation and absorption molecular spectrum frequency (129 GHz) in continuous wave generation mode on ocular hemodynamics in healthy persons and AMD patients are presented. Following THz irradiation at atmospheric oxygen frequency (129 GHz), common hemodynamicparameters (BP, HR) decreased. In healthy volunteers, systolic and diastolic BP reduced by 22.83±4.09 and 8.82±0.98 mm Hg, respectively (р&lt;0.05), HR reduced by 6.11±0.15 bpm (р&lt;0.05). In AMD patients, systolic and diastolic BP significantly decreased by 45.55±0.43 and 9.56±1.42 mm Hg, respectively (р&lt;0.05), HR decreased by 6.15±1.1 bpm (р&lt;0.05). In AMD patients, systolic blood flow velocity significantly reduced by 2.89±0.1 cm / sec in central retinal artery and increased by0.9‑5.97 cm / sec in short posterior ciliary arteries and ophthalmic artery. RI in these vessels decreased by 0.13, 0.11, 0.13 and 0.12, respectively.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. THz waves at atmospheric oxygen irradiation and absorption molecular spectrum frequency (129 GHz) are safe and cause no side effects on general health of healthy volunteers and AMD patients.
