Несмотря на широкое использование современных систем освещения, клинические данные о влиянии продолжительности эндоосвещения на функциональные результаты остаются ограниченными. </p><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель: определить влияние продолжительности эндоиллюминации на функциональные результаты и безопасность витреоретинальных операций. </p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследование включены пациенты, перенесшие витреоретинальные операции по поводу макулярного отверстия (n = 31), отслойки сетчатки (n = 48) и эпиретинальной мембраны (n = 25). Оценивались длительность эндоиллюминации, исходная и послеоперационная максимальная корригированная острота зрения (МКОЗ), тип тампонады, а также особенности хирургической тактики. Статистический анализ включал построение многофакторных регрессионных моделей для выявления детерминант функциональных исходов. </p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Продолжительность эндоиллюминации не оказывала статистически значимого влияния на МКОЗ через 12 месяцев после операции (p &gt; 0,05). Анатомический успех достигнут во всех случаях. На функциональные исходы достоверно влияли исходная острота зрения (в группе макулярного отверстия), тип тампонады и проведение комбинированной операции с факоэмульсификацией (в группе отслойки сетчатки) (p &lt; 0,05). В группе эпиретинальной мембраны статистически значимых факторов не выявлено. </p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют, что продолжительность эндоосвещения не оказывает значимого влияния на функциональные исходы витреоретинальной хирургии, в то время как ведущую роль сохраняют исходные анатомо-функциональные характеристики глаза и особенности хирургической тактики.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The duration of endoillumination is considered a potential risk factor for phototoxic retinal damage during vitreoretinal surgeries. Despite the widespread use of modern lighting systems, clinical data on the effect of endoillumination duration on functional outcomes remain limited. </p><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: to evaluate the impact of endoillumination duration on functional outcomes and the safety of vitreoretinal surgery. </p></sec><sec><title>Patients and methods</title><p>Patients and methods. The study included patients who underwent vitreoretinal surgeries for macular holes (n = 31), retinal detachments (n = 48), and epiretinal membranes (n = 25). The duration of endoillumination, initial and postoperative bestcorrected visual acuity (BCVA), type of tamponade, and features of the surgical technique were assessed. Statistical analysis involved multivariate regression models to identify determinants of functional outcomes. </p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The duration of endoillumination did not have a statistically significant effect on BCVA at 12 months after surgery (p &gt; 0.05). Anatomical success was achieved in all cases. Functional outcomes were significantly influenced by initial visual acuity (in the macular hole group), type of tamponade, and performance of combined surgery with phacoemulsification (in the retinal detachment group) (p &lt; 0.05). No statistically significant factors were identified in the epiretinal membrane group. </p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
