Рассмотрены особенности функционирования путей оттока внутриглазной жидкости и состояния переднего отрезка глаза в пожилом возрасте, а также взаимосвязь между аккомодацией и регуляцией оттока водянистой влаги. Отдельное внимание уделено выбору оптимальной клинической рефракции и модели ИОЛ при офтальмогипертензии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Different aspects of eye hydrodynamics before and following complicated cataract surgery as well as its impact on IOP levels are observed.
