Пациенты и методы. Нами была разработана модификация методики имплантации Ahmed дренажа с использованием ПТФЭ мембраны. Ahmed дренаж покрывали ПТФЭ мембраной, после этого имплантировали его по стандартной методике, рекомендованной производителем. В исследование вошли 149 пациентов (157 глаз) с различными формами рефрактерной глаукомы, среди них мужчин 93 (59%), женщин 64 (41%). Средний возраст составил 64 года (от 22 до 88 лет). Пациенты были разделены на 2 группы. В первую группу вошли 54 пациента (59 глаз), во вторую — 95 пациентов (98 глаз). Пациентам первой группы проводили имплантацию Ahmed дренажа по предложенной методике с использованием ПТФЭ мембраны, во второй группе, контрольной, выполняли имплантацию Ahmed дренажа по традиционной методике. результаты и обсуждение. У пациентов, которым проводили хирургическое лечение по модифицированной методике с применением ПТФЭ мембран, острота зрения была несколько выше, чем у пациентов, оперированных традиционным методом, а внутриглазное давление было ниже на протяжении всего срока наблюдения. Повторные хирургические вмешательства потребовались 3 пациентам исследуемой группы (5%) и 11 пациентам (11%) контрольной группы. заключение. Предложенная методика имплантации Ahmed дренажа с использованием ПТФЭ мембран обладает большей эффективностью по сравнению со стандартной и способствует снижению количества осложнений, связанных с избыточным рубцеванием фильтрационной подушки, что требует проведения повторных хирургических вмешательств. Полученные результаты позволяют рекомендовать данную методику для применения в офтальмологической практике.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title> </title><p> </p></sec><sec><title>Puspose</title><p>Puspose: to develop a method for the prevention of scarring of filter pads in patients with glaucoma using Ahmed Glaucoma Valve. patients and methods: We developed modification of the techniques Ahmed drainage implantation using a PTFE membrane. We covered Ahmed drainage with PTFE membrane and implanted it according to standard method, recommended by manufacturer. There were 149 patients with the different forms of refractive glaucoma in the study (93 (59%) — men, 64 (41%) — women. Average age was 64 years (from 22 to 88 years old). Patients were divided in two groups. 54 patents (59 eyes) were in the first group, 95 (98 eyes) in the second. Ahmed drainage with PTFE membrane was implanted according to proposed method in the first group; traditional method was used in the control group. Results and discussion: visual acuity was higher and intraocular pressure was lower during all follow-up period in patients received modificated surgical treatment. 3 patients (5%) from the main group and 11 (11%) from the control group were operated repeatedly. Conclusion: Offered method of Ahmed drainage’s implantation using a PTFE membrane is more effective than standard method and reduces complications associated with excessive scarring of the filter pads, that requires the repeated of the surgical treatment.
