Оценивали эффективность применения дренажа Molteno 3‑го поколения у пациента с вторичной глаукомой диабетического генеза и авитрией. Произведена эндовитреальная установка дренажа Molteno 3. На 1 день после операции — OD: ВГД 17‑18 мм рт. ст., острота зрения повысилась до 0.02. Наблюдали резкое уменьшение калибра неоваскулярных сосудов радужки. На срок наблюдения 2,5 года ВГД составляла 20 мм рт. ст. Специфических помутнений хрусталика не отмечено. Предварительные результаты эндовитреального дренирования с использованием дренажа Molteno 3 свидетельствуют о долгосрочной эффективности этого способа. Необходимо дальнейшее его изучение с целью определения четких показаний и противопоказаний к данной технологии.

To evaluate the efficiency of Molteno 3 transciliary drainage in the case of diabetic secondary glaucoma. The patient with diabetic secondary glaucoma after vitrectomy and phacik eye. Was made transciliary implantation Molteno 3 drainage with delayed technic. At first day after surgery OD 17‑18 mm Hg of IOP, visual acuity improved to 0.02. Observed a sharp decrease in the caliber of neovascular iris vessels. After 2.5 years follow-up period IOP was 20 Hg of IOP. Specific lens opacities were not observed. Preliminary results of Molteno 3 transciliary drainage show long-term efficiency of this method. Further study of this technique need it to determine theindications and contraindications for this technique.
