Антикоагулянтная терапия часто используется для лечения различных состояний. При этом зачастую возможны отклонения в системе гемостаза в сторону гипокоагуляции и увеличение риска развития гемокоагуляционных осложнений. В статье описан случай супрахориоидального кровоизлияния (СХК) на глазу у пациента с возрастной макулярной дегенерацией (ВМД) на фоне приема антикоагулянтов. Обсуждаются причины развития этого состояния и пути его профилактики.

Anticoagulant therapy is often used to treat various conditions. This often can deviate in the hemostatic system in the direction of hypocoagulation and increase risk of hemostatic complications. The article describes suprachoroidal hemorrhage in the eye of a patient with AMD who received anticoagulants.
