Цель. Оценка результатов автоматизированной эндотелиальной кератопластики с удалением десцеметовой мембраны (DSAEK) на фоне назначения комбинированного препарата Комбинил-Дуо®.Методы. 26 пациентам с буллезной кератопатией выполнена автоматизированная эндотелиальная кератопластика с уда- лением десцеметовой мембраны (DSAEK) по нашей методике. Всем пациентам после операции назначались глазные капли Комбинил — Дуо® по схеме.Результаты. Прозрачное приживление трансплантата достигнуто у 25 (96%) больных. У одного больного отмечена реак- ция тканевой несовместимости. Острота зрения с максимальной очковой коррекцией составила в среднем 0.47±0.21.Заключение. Назначение препарата Комбинил-Дуо® позволяет в послеоперационном периоде DSAEK избежать инфекци- онных осложнений и повысить эффективность проводимой операции.

Purpose: to evaluate outcomes of the descemet-stripping automated endothelial keratoplasty using eye drops Kombinil-Duo dur- ing postoperative period.Methods: 26 patients suffered from bullous keratopathy underwent descemet-stripping automated endothelial keratoplasty using our own technique. We applied eye drops Kombinil-Duo during postoperative period.Results: 25 patients had clear corneas whole period of observation. Graft rejection occurred in 1 eye. Mean BSCVA was 0.47±0.21.Conclusion: Kombinil-Duo has been allowed to avoid infectious complication and to increase efficiency of the operative interven-tion during postoperative period.
