Приведено понятие ротационной нестабильности положения ИОЛ внутри глаза, причинах ее возникновения, методах регистрации положения ИОЛ, а также хирургических способах повышения ее ротационной стабильности.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper presents an overview of the methods of surgical correction of corneal astigmatism in patients who underwent cataract surgery with IOL implantation, gives an idea of toric IOL, their advantages over other methods of the astigmatism correction, the criteria for patient selection, calculation features, preoperative marking.
