Изучение влияния интравитреальных инъекций ранибизумаба на глазной кровоток у пациентов с неоваскулярной возрастной макулярной дегенерацией (ВМД).</p></sec><sec><title>Методы</title><p>Методы. 35 пациентам с влажной формой ВМД проводились интравитреальные инъекции препарата ранибизумаба в дозе 0,5 мг (0,05 мл). У всех пациентов исследовали кровоток в глазной артерии (ГА), центральной артерии сетчатки (ЦАС), медиальных и латеральных задних коротких цилиарных артериях (ЗКЦА) с помощью цветового допплеровского картирования (ЦДК) и импульсной допплерографии. Регистрировали максимальную систолическую скорость (Vsyst), конечную диастолическую скорость кровотока (Vdiast) и индекс резистентности (RI) до лечения, через 1‑7 дней и 1 месяц после каждой инъекции в течение 3 месяцев.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. У пациентов с влажной ВМД до лечения выявлено достоверное снижение Vsyst в ЗКЦА (p&lt;0,05), а также повышение RI в ЦАС и ЗКЦА по сравнению с таковыми показателями у здоровых лиц. Достоверного влияния интравитреальных инъекций препарата ранибизумаб в период наблюдения до 3 месяцев на состояние показателей скорости кровотока в сосудах глаза не установлено. Показана нормализация индекса периферического сопротивления в системе ЦАС и ЗКЦА в раннем периоде после 2‑й инъекции ранибизумаба.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Интравитреальные инъекции ранибизумаба при неоваскулярной ВМД не оказывают негативного влияния на состояние гемодинамики глаза.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose: To evaluate the effect of intravitreal ranibizumab injection on the ocular blood flow in patients with neovascular agerelatedmacular degeneration (AMD).</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods: 35 patients with wet AMD undergone intravitreal 0.5 mg ranibizumab injection. Color Doppler Imaging (CDI) and dopplerographywere used to measure hemodynamic parameters including the peak systolic velocity (Vsyst, cm / s), end-diastolic velocity (V diast, cm / s), and resistance index (RI) of blood flow in the central retinal artery (CRA), the short posterior ciliary arteries (PCA), and the ophthalmic artery (OA). All patients were examined before and after injection on day 1‑7 and 30 day during the 3‑month follow up period.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: Before intravitreal injection Vsyst was decreased in short PCA (p&lt;0.05), RI in CRA and in short PCA significantly increased in comparison with normal index in same vessels. The peak systolic velocity in OA, in CRA and in short PCA was not significantly changed.
