Изучить особенности вегетативной иннервации сердечно-сосудистой системы при глаукоме нормального давле- ния (ГНД) по сравнению с ПОУГ.Методы. Путем фотоплетизмографии определены показатели, отражающие состояние вегетативной иннервации сер- дечно-сосудистой системы у 30 больных ГНД, 30 больных ПОУГ и 22 здоровых лиц (контрольная группа) после проведения пробы с локальным охлаждением. Сравнительному анализу были подвергнуты несколько параметров, характеризующих состояние сердечно-сосудистой системы в трех группах больных.Результаты. Из исследуемых параметров три показали преобладание симпатической иннервации сердечно-сосудистой системы в обеих группах больных глаукомой по сравнению с контролем. Результаты пробы с локальным охлаждением вы- явили существенное повышение активности симпатической иннервации у больных ГНД, что достоверно отличало этих боль- ных от ПОУГ и группы контроля.Заключение. Проведенные исследования выявили преобладание симпатической иннервации сердечно-сосудистой си- стемы у больных глаукомой в целом. Результаты пробы с локальным охлаждением свидетельствуют о наличии первичной сосудистой дисрегуляции у больных ГНД.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Purpose: to determine whether there is any difference in autonomic innervation of the cardio-vascular system in normal tension glaucoma (NtG) patients and primary open angle glaucoma (POAG) patients.Methods: 30 NtG patients, 30 POAG patients and 22 control group patients underwent photoplethysmography following cold provocation testing. Several parameters showing cardio-vascular innervation have been evaluated and compared in three groups.Results: the three selected parameters demonstrated the dominance of the sympathetic nervous system over parasympathetic nervous system in both glaucoma groups (NtG and POAG) and not in the control group.
