Изучение частоты встречаемости сопутствующих заболеваний при нормотензивной глаукоме (НГ) и открытоугольной глаукоме (ОУГ), а также изменение гемодинамических параметров при соответствующих патологиях до и после нейропротекторного лечения.</p></sec><sec><title>Методы</title><p>Методы. В сроки наблюдения с 2010 по 2012 годы нами было обследовано 94 пациента (183 глаза); из них 33 (61 глаз) — с НГ, 31 (62 глаза) — с ОУГ и 30 пациентов (60 глаз) составили контрольную группу. Мужчин было 40, женщин — 54. Средний возраст обследуемых составлял 58,5±6,5 лет.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Допплерографией выявлено выраженное снижение максимальной систолической, конечной диастолической скорости кровотока и увеличение индекса резистентности в ЦАС, ЗКЦА (р&lt;0,001) и ГА (р&lt;0,05) у группы пациентов с НГ по сравнению с нормой.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Отмеченная некоторая тенденция к улучшению гемодинамических показателей после нейропротекторного лечения не отрицает необходимости проведения нейропротекции при НГ.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose: To study blood flow autoregulation in normotensive glaucoma using ultrasound dopplerography before and after a neuroprotectivetreatment.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods: In the period of observation from 2010 to 2012, we examined 94 patients (183 eyes), of which 33 (61 eyes) — with normotensive glaucoma (NG), 31 (62 eyes) — with open-angle glaucoma (OAG) and 30 patients (60 eyes) was the control group. There were 40 men and women — 54. Mean age was 58.5±6.5 years.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: Ultrasound dopplerography showed marked reduction of peak systolic, terminal diastolic velocity and an increase in resistance index CRA and SPCA (p &lt;0.001) and OA (p &lt;0.05) in the group of patients with NG compared to the norm.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion: There is a certain tendency to improvement of hemodynamic parameters after treatment with neuroprotective that at the root does not negate the need for neuroprotection in NG.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>нормотензивная глаукома</kwd><kwd>допплерография</kwd><kwd>нейропротекция</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>normotensive glaucoma</kwd><kwd>doppler sonography</kwd><kwd>neuroprotection</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Dranse S.
