Приведены убедительные доказательства, свидетельствующие о роли гормонального дисбаланса между тиреотропным гормоном и тиреоглобулинами в развитии аутоиммунного дакриоаденита. Наличие такого рода дисбаланса повышает риск вовлечения слезной железы в патологический процесс с 12,3 % до 64,3 % в популяции с БГ и ЭОП.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The authors analyzed the hormonal profile of patients with Graves’ disease and endocrine orbitopathy with or without autoimmune dacryoadenitis. Presented compelling evidence about the role of hormonal imbalance between thyreoglobulines and thyroidstimulating hormones in the development of autoimmune dacryoadenitis.
