Способы транссклеральной фиксации интраокулярных линз. Обзор литературы

На сегодняшний день выбор оптимального метода фиксации интраокулярных линз у пациентов со слабостью связочно-капсулярного аппарата хрусталика остается актуальной проблемой офтальмохирургии.

Существуют многообразные способы фиксации интраокулярных линз, среди которых зрачковая, к радужке, к склере в проекции цилиарной борозды, переднекамерная фиксация и другие. Обзор литературы позволил оценить преимущества и недостатки каждого из перечисленных методов. Транссклеральная фиксация является наиболее физиологичной и анатомически правильной. В обзоре рассмотрены наиболее распространенные варианты шовной и бесшовной транссклеральной фиксации.

Отсутствие достаточной доказательной базы по преимуществу того или иного способа фиксации позволяет продолжить поиск в этом направлении.
