Гипотензивное лечение глаукомы — малоинвазивная хирургия. Обзор литературы

Аннотация

Глаукома остается лидирующим заболеванием, приводящим к инвалидности по зрению и слепоте. В настоящее время для стойкой компенсации внутриглазного давления как главной причины развития оптической глаукомной нейропатии предлагаются различные варианты лечения. В последнее десятилетие активно развиваются технологии минимально инвазивной глаукомной хирургии, представляя для пациентов хорошую альтернативу медикаментозной гипотензивной терапии и традиционным хирургическим подходам при минимальной травме, эффективности и быстрой реабилитации. В обзоре кратко рассматриваются различные устройства и способы их имплантации, применяемые в малоинвазивной хирургии глаукомы, с примерами исследований, в которых приведены отдаленные клинические результаты.
