Контракционный капсулярный синдром. Обзор. Часть 1

Аннотация

Прогрессирующий рост количества факоэмульсификаций в мире приводит к пропорциональному увеличению фиброзных изменений капсульного мешка в послеоперационном периоде, которые возникают даже в неосложненных случаях. Структурные изменения капсулы хрусталика вызывают развитие контракционного капсулярного синдрома (КСС), который встречается с частотой до 58,5 % в различные сроки после операции. Клинические проявления КСС могут быть разнообразны: от бессимптомного течения до серьезных функциональных и анатомических нарушений. В статье представлена обобщающая информация о предрасполагающих факторах, условиях и причинах возникновения КСС. Рассмотрена последовательность изменений хрусталиковых клеток, называемая эпителиально-мезенхимальной трансформацией, являющейся основой патогенеза ККС. Объяснены механизмы влияния материала и конструкции ИОЛ, размера и формы переднего капсулорексиса на развитие патологического процесса.
