Эпидемиология детского офтальмотравматизма (обзор литературы)

Аннотация

Травмы органа зрения остаются одной из ведущих причин слепоты и слабовидения в любом возрасте. В статье приведен обзор литературы по частоте, причинам и эпидемиологическим особенностям травм органа зрения в детском возрасте. До 50 % всех несчастных случаев встречаются до 18‑летнего возраста. Данные, приведенные в обзоре, показали, что мальчики в возрасте 5‑7 лет наиболее подвержены травмам глаза и его придатков дома или на улице при отсутствии надзора со стороны взрослых. Высокий уровень травм и монокулярной слепоты вследствие них требует интенсивного изучения данной проблематики с разработкой и внедрением эффективных мер профилактики.
